Introduction to the different WGs

Awareness

Lead contributors: Noa, Felix, Lukas, Lisa, Marc, Iszac, Morgan

The purpose of this working group is to ensure sustainable community growth and education. Members of the Awareness working group design marketing strategies, work on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and create content by using various formats and mediums to increase capneo DAO's awareness. A further focus of this working group is educating the existing community about everything related to capneo, especially the potential of the convergence of the real and virtual world business model approaches, infrastructure developments, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Impact driven approaches, (open) Metaverse, MetaFi, DeFi, Data tools and more.

Especially from this group is expected that its members also share capneo content outside of the mainly used channels like Twitter, Medium, Telegram and Discord.

Technical

Lead contributors: Phil, Camilo A., Santiago

This working group is responsible for the technical (infrastructure) development and maintenance of the capneoDAO, its products/services and contributing partners such as legal entity nodes. This includes above all, website development, smart contract development, technical process optimization and other related tasks. Members of the technical working group are furthermore responsible for the technical documentation.

Market Research

Lead contributors: Sebastian, Manuel, Alexej, Fefe, Marc, Noa, Felix

This group is continuously researching for capneo's ecosystem and business model with the goal to improve processes, spot new trends, come up with new products or services, etc.

Moreover, members of this working group monitor competitors - from marketing activities to (in the best case) backend activities, such as smart contract development.

Crypto Cities are spearheading the introduction of blockchain technology into daily life in the real world. The aim is to identify and evaluate tried and tested approaches to be applied for the capneo DAO and, if necessary, to introduce them by community voting. Furthermore, it is important to identify exciting projects for possible cooperations.

Furthermore, it is this working group's responsibility to make the research results seamlessly accessible to other capneo working groups (e.g. Business Development & Partnerships).

Lead contributors: Serhat, Marc, Diego, Harald, Nicolas, Alireza, Biyan

This working group increases the knowledge of all legal manners regarding capneo's ecosystem and its operations. Above all, it monitors trends in the legal space where capneo is operating to ensure its compliance with these new trends.

Constantly screening legal and policy changes in the respective jurisdictions to assess and actively shape the law decisions of governments, financial regulators and their impact on capneo DAO or DAOs in general. The contributors to this working group will find the best possible approaches to shape and grow capneo DAO based on concrete decision proposals that are in line with current legislation. This is important because as a community we will do our best to not operate in grey areas and not to create a basis for criminal activities that are ethically and legally incompatible.

Operations, Governance & Tokenomics

Lead contributors: Lukas, Harald, Nicolas, Camilo, Andres, Sebastian, Marc

The operations group works closely with the initiators and core team to support the planning, execution and monitoring of ongoing operations as well as capneo community activities. Moreover, members of this working group monitor and push the observance of the roadmap, spotting inefficiencies in workflows and finding ways to improve them. Members are furthermore responsible for the maintenance and management of capneo’s token economy by monitoring the budget and continuously optimizing the tokenomics with the overall goal to ensure a sustainable token economy. This group is pushing the development of the capneo DAO on a daily basis and to secure transparency, operations and capacity to act among the main 3 building blocks of the DAO.

Metaverse Development supported by MetaGameHub DAO

Lead contributors: Christian, Jonathan

This working group populates and curates Metaverse lands owned by the capneo DAO, financed projects or partners. It has the overarching goal of promoting, entertaining and engaging the capneo community within the Metaverse, creating new (mixed realities) applications and recruiting new potential community members. There are many possibilities regarding the land population (mixed realties games, educational approaches, community places, digital twins of real world assets with same or different utilities etc). It also works closely together with the operations working group and the partner network when it comes to all kinds of Metaverse event planning and new application developments.

Data & Algorithm supported by MetaGameHub DAO

Lead contributors: Camilo E., Sebastian, Camilo L., Andres, Lukas

This working group is closely related to the technical working group, but focused on the data and algorithm aspect of the capneo DAO. Members deal with the needed algorithms and data that support the infrastructure projects and aggregate the data from projects for additional B2B revenue streams. Furthermore, searching and suggesting new data sources and improvements around the real and virtual project data such as evaluation of land and properties are part of this working group and the basis for developing e.g. new (hybrid) financial service offerings.

Infrastructure and Real-Estate Development

Lead contributors: Marc, Frank, Noa, Sebastian, Olga, Felix

Infrastructure development projects, as well as real-estate projects, are the heart of the capneo DAO. This working group is constantly screening the capneo DAO community, our partner network and markets to identify exciting infrastructure development projects and real-estate participation opportunities.

Furthermore, it is constantly seeking for new approaches how to finance and conduct infrastructure developments and is exploring new approaches to finance real-estate investments.

This working group is also looking for new financial / hybrid products in combination with classical financial solutions and therefore should closely work together with the Market Research WG.

Business Development & Partnerships

Lead contributor: Youssef, Manuel, Andres, Nicolas, Harald, Jonny

This working group continuously identifies relevant partnerships with other DAOs, VCs, technology providers, blockchains, real companies, NGOs, local governments and communities to expand the capneo DAO ecosystem and enhance our portfolio development capabilities.

Advisory Council

Lead contributor: Youssef, Max

This working group is focusing on maintaining and expanding the advisory council which will continuously support the capneo DAO and its ecosystem. The council meets on a bi-monthly basis to 1) assess the current status quo and 2) provide feedback and improvement suggestions to the capneo DAO.

capneo DAO international - nodes

Lead contributor: Andres for LATAM, other countries tbd

capneo DAO international is a collective term for different Awareness Working Groups operating in a predefined country or region. Their tasks are similar to the above-stated Awareness Working Group but of course in their respective language and jurisdiction.

The working groups will be launched by the initiating team and main contributors. As capneo DAO has itself established and the community is growing, the working group topics, operationalization and project management will be transferred to the community. This is possible due to the governance and voting structure of the DAO. Each contributor of the working groups will be rewarded based on the community decision/vote. In addition, active and valued contributors may receive additional voting rights over time as described in the voting section.
